  • To begin the process, please email renatasmelan@smelan.com.au and we will provide you with the original return address and further instructions.

    Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the amount paid.

    Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your order has not yet been picked and packed, you can request a cancellation by reaching out via live chat with your order number at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, you can email us at renatasmelan@smelan.com.au. If the parcel has been sent you need to follow the return process.

  • We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item. Do keep our quality and customer services standards.

    We ask that you kindly email through images of the fault to renatasmelan@smelan.com.au, so our team can assist you further.

  • Due to high sell-through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If youwish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase andreturn your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with ourreturn conditions.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge.
